The 21 year old political newbie pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to charges from 2005 in which he hit a BMW with his scooter and proceeded to scoot.
After failing to pay the 260 euros worth of damage, Mr.BMW -who had recorded his scooter #- went to the Popo who turned his bum over to the courts where he now faces charges of: fleeing the scene of an accident, reckless driving, and failing to maintain a proper distance from other vehicles.
Right now he’s resorted to poor recall as his defense: “I was not at any time implicated in a traffic accident.”
