Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad welcomed the expansion of “the all-out relations with Bolivia” yesterday.

In Bolivia: 2 for Autonomy
The residents of Beni and Pando are partying away as news quickly spread of the results of the referandum vote which were overwhelmingly in favor of autonomy in both Bolivian states.
In Beni, the autonomy referandum passed with 89% of the vote and in Pando, 85% voted for autonomy.
